Big Ma’s Sweet Potato Pie

Sweet potatoes are oven roasted to caramelize the natural sugars and then mixed with brown sugar, spices, eggs and cream to make custard filling for the sweet butter crust.

The Luscious Little Dessert Company would like to introduce the newest product Big Ma’s Sweet Potato Pie Filling. With Big Ma’s Sweet Potato Pie filling, you can make a delicious pie in under 10 minutes. This 24 ounce container gives you a complete filling. There is enough filling to generously fill a regular 9 inch prepared crust.

Ingredients: sweet potato, sugar, cream, pasteurized eggs, spices, vanilla flour, butter, salt
Directions: Defrost, stir, pour into a prepared shell and bake in a preheated oven, 375 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Remember to refrigerate for up to 3 days-if there is any left.
